Friso Gosliga (1972) is an organisational psychologist born in Friesland (The Netherlands). He has always worked in the field of organisational development, helping people to deal with complex change and uncertainty. Friso is one of the original IBM Cynefin team members, working with Dave Snowden since 2000. He was part of the prototype development team for SenseMaker® (in 2004) and has since been running projects all over the world using SenseMaker®, Cynefin and insights from complexity theory, in various fields like citizen engagement, monitoring & evaluation and development work.
He regularly runs courses for Cognitive Edge about the principles behind Cynefin and SenseMaker® and is currently working at Efexis in Amsterdam, writing a book on complexity-informed organisational development together with colleague Mirjam Coret.
