Marcus Fihlon is an Agile Coach and Software Engineer at Adcubum AG in Lucerne. He also lectures at TEKO Swiss Technical Collage in Olten and is a speaker at conferences and user groups.
He has been developing software for more than three decades and has worked with Java since the late 90s. Marcus is the grounding member and organizer of the monthly Hackergarten in Lucerne and is involved in several open source projects.

Philipp H. Oser is a Senior Architect at ELCA where he architected and lead the development of two Java EE enhancement frameworks, the latest one is available here: http://el4j.sf.net.
He studied Computer Science at ETH Lausanne and at Carnegie Mellon University. His interest lay mainly in framework design, software architecture, and the Java EE.
Dominik Berger passionate software enthusiast, coach and trainer at IT BS. He is the founder of the software architecture group ArchiB@le in 2011 and has been actively involved in JUG Basel since its inception in 2012. He is also one of the founders and president of BaselOne.
With over 25 years of experience in software projects, Dominik has a special focus on agile coaching, team empowerment, business solutions, software architecture, content management systems and project management. His knowledge and passion make him an indispensable part of our team.
Patrick Baumgartner is a passionate software crafter, coach and trainer at 42talents. He loves to create beautiful and simple solutions and enjoys building software for the cloud with Java, the Spring ecosystem and other open source technologies.
Patrick is a co-organizer of VoxxedDays Zurich and the Software Crafters Zurich Meetup. He holds a degree in computer science and teaches at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences ZHAW.
Thomas Wenger is responsible for the Java software engineering team at Business & Decision Switzerland. In customer projects he is engaged as a software architect and software engineer.
Thomas holds a master's degree in computer science from the University of Bern. He has been working with Java since the very beginning in 1996 and still prefers this lively platform. Thomas lives in Rubigen BE, is married and a happy father of a cheerful boy.
Christian works as Senior Consultant and Architect at INNOQ in Switzerland. He is passionate about developing business-critical systems using modularized, scalable architectures. As a Domain-Driven Design enthusiast he is leveraging the principles of DDD for gaining a deep business understanding and putting it into readable code. From time to time, he shares his experience in workshops and trainings.
Michael Inden is a Java and Python enthusiast with over 25 years of professional experience. He has developed software even longer since his childhood. Michael has worked in various roles in his career, such as software developer, team leader, CTO, and trainer. He is currently Head of Development at Adcubum AG in Zurich. Michael likes to share his knowledge and regularly speaks at conferences and for JUGS. Besides, he authored some specialist books, like «Der Weg zum Java-Profi» and «Java lernen kurz und gut.»
Ursula Burri works with much enthusiasm for jug.ch since 1999. She supports the Board in the organization of events, takes care of the members and administrates the web page. Besides her engagement for JUG.CH, she runs a one-man company in the area of web programming. She is a certified web publisher with many years of successful experience in custom web programming where open standards and open software are important to her.
Sibylle Walther has been doing the bookkeeping for jug.ch since 2005.
She holds a Professional Bachelor in Accounting and Controlling, which she obtained in 2002. She is Head of Finance and Administration and part of the management in a technical sales company. Beside that she works for a variety of smaller companies as accountant.
