Fabio is a technology enthusiast and entrepreneur. He is CTO of Contovista AG, a fintech startup from Zurich.
He has worked with Java for 11 years and developed a keen interest in functional programming languages like Haskell, Lisp or Clojure along the way. His passion for all things software have led him to constantly learn and apply his knowledge to business problems.
@fblobRemo Arpagaus is a developer at Contovista and enjoys the opportunity there to work with Clojure alongside with Java. With over a decade of experience on the JVM and Java itself, he found the pragmatic LISP to be a natural fit and extension in his toolbox if the given problem is better suited for an FP approach.
Despite his interest in exploring new programming languages, libraries, frameworks and the likes, he never gets tired of reminding himself and others that building software is first and foremost about providing value to its users.
