Festpreisprojekte schreien geradezu nach festgeschriebenen Anforderungen, grossen Spezifikationen und erscheinen so ziemlich im Widerspruch zu einer agilen Vorgehensweise.

Am heutigen Archibale wird vorgestellt, wie agile Festpreisprojekte aussehen könnten, auf welche Punkte geachtet werden muss, welche Rahmenbedingungen vorhanden sein müssen und welche Auswirkungen das auf das Entwicklungs/Projektteam hat. Damit es nicht nur bei der Theorie bleibt, wird anhand gemachter Erfahrungen und Praxisprojekten beurteilt, was sich bewährt hat, was unverzichtbar ist und was vielleicht doch eher Wunschdenken bleibt.
